Refund
If you’re not satisfied with your Seasonest purchase, please return it for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds issued by credit card will be credited back to the card within 3-5 business days after the return has been processed. Bank account refunds will credit back to the account within 10 business days after return processing.
Exchange
If you need to exchange product, please send us an email to [email protected] or request an exchange form on the contact us page. Once the product has been returned, the exchange product will arrive within 12 days.
